Day 302 - It's Coming

Halloween is tomorrow. I can already hear the ghouls and ghosts preparing for their night.

Day 301 - Sick Day

This is the closest I've come to missing a day. Something, a bug or some bad food, hit me square in the gut and knocked me out for the day. I feared that if I ever became ill, that would be a day that would be tough to draw. And it was.

Day 300 - 300!!

300 days! I know I still have a ways to go, but there's just something about hitting the 300 day mark that feels good. An early Happy Halloween to everyone.

Day 299 - Spagetti Pumpkin

I have a very large pumpkin canvas this year for Halloween. I'm trying to figure out what to do with it. This is me throwing ideas up and seeing which one sticks. So far I'm leaning to the two most left versions.

Day 295 - The Beast

Inside my head is an Angry Beast. This Beast is known to wreak havoc in the brain of, what some might call, a stable man. He's put me in a lot of precarious situations in the past yet over time I've acquired the skills necessary to keep him mostly contained. Every once in a while he still gets out and I find myself doing stupid things at an explosive rate due to the speed of this creature. I like to believe we all have such a beast(Especially in the males of our species).



PS. It's usually The Inner Demon who lets The Beast out.

I'm at home with two sick little monsters today. Luckily they are both sleeping soundly and recovering. Hopefully tomorrow they'll feel better.

Day 281 - Tough Mudders

My sister, Amy, and brother in-law, Randy, participated in the "Tough Mudders" race in Bear Valley today. This is not one of those races where you're hoping to win. This is one of those races where you are a hero for finishing. It's a grueling race that involves a lot of obstacles, a lot of altitude, and a lot of mud. Congratulations to Amy and Randy for finishing the race. I'm sure after a day like today the beer tastes even better. You guys deserve it.

Day 280 - It's Coming!

Can you believe how close we are to Halloween?!? Time is a crazy out of control machine that we cannot stop.

Day 279 - Wevel Knievel

Wendy, our animation production coordinator at Tippett, just purchased a scooter. I'm hoping she keeps the stunts to a minimum because my job would be a LOT more difficult with out her. She makes me look like I'm way more on top of my game than I am.

Tonight is a rare night. Everyone was asleep by 9PM!! My wife? Done. My kids? Good night! Me? I cranked out this drawing so I could dust off my Netflix and give it a go.
