New Year's Resolution

With this new year upon us it's time for the always exciting, "New Year's Resolution". In years past I've gone with the short lived standard resolutions such as lose weight, cut back on the sauce, or be nice to my sister, but not this year. This year is different. This year I'm going all in on improving my skills as an artist. I'm even making it public so those of you that read this can mock me in person if I fail on my resolution. I almost failed already seeing as I'm hung over (Thank you Brian McCann) and infected with sluggish disease. But at last I did not fail. "What", you all are asking, "is your damn resolution already?" My 2010 resolution is to draw a picture every day! So here we go. Let's hope I make it. Welcome 2010. I can't wait to see what you bring.
Happy New Year everyone.

Thank you all for your support and well wishes. Now it's back to goofy drawings, bad puns and pics of my kids.

Day at the Oakland Zoo

As I have mentioned before I do work for THE online animation school, Animationmentor.com. I do mentoring about every other term. However once in a while I will film a lecture. Last week I was lucky enough to film a new lecture at the Oakland Zoo!! It was an amazing experience that couldn't have happened with out the wonderful people at AnimationMentor and the awesome folks at the Oakland Zoo. I'd love to tell you more, however I don't want to give anything away. Hopefully the photo will be enticing enough.
